A few months ago I was locked out of my account, the same one I’m making this post from, and the email attached was disconnected.
I’m not sure what to do or who I can ask for help as the support system has been unresponsive for months. Every time I try to send a ticket, I get an automated response that says “We’re unable to verify ownership” in some way or another. I have sent billing information, previous passwords, screenshots, previous support tickets, and even toy codes I’ve redeemed. Despite this, nothing has gotten through and I’m at a loss at this point. I’ve tried every method suggested to me or posted on forums, but nothing has helped.
I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, I’m not super familiar with the forums. This is the last place I’m logged in with my account. I want to emphasize that the account I’m posting this topic from is the one I am currently locked out of.
If anyone has any suggestions or has gone through something similar, I’d love to hear how your issue was solved.
Sorry to tell you, but at this point you’re almost screwed and cannot get it back.
Try doing the following
Go to Roblox Support, fill out the form (also enter any email you have access to, you don’t have to enter the email associated with your roblox account if you don’t have access to it. just any email so they can reply to you)
Categorize your form under Account Hacked Or Can’t Log In > Forgot Password
In description of Issue, tell them that you got locked out of your account and that you’ll do your best to prove your ownership of the account. Then, send them personal information which the account owner only knows: Account Language, Account Date Of Birth, Account Gender, Account Location, Email associated with your Roblox account, and Account Theme
Then wait for their reply. They might secure your Roblox account with the one you’re using to contact them.
If that didn’t work, try calling them on (888)-858-2569 and explain the whole situation. A real Roblox employee will listen to your recorded message and make a decision.
Thank you so much for your response, I’ll try both those methods and hope for the best. I’m aware that due to the state of the support system it’s highly unlikely that I’ll recover the account, but I own a UGC group that currently has hundreds of thousands in the funds right now so I’m gonna try as much as I can.
You might also try sending them some links to accessories that you bought on your account as a proof that you own the account, and send them like games you own, clothing stuff you bought, etc.
