Locked Out of Tipalti Account – Verification Code Issue

I’m currently experiencing a major issue with my Tipalti account, which is linked to my Roblox Developer Exchange payouts. About two weeks ago, I initiated a DevEx request and was directed to complete my registration on the Tipalti portal. However, while attempting to complete the two-factor authentication process, I repeatedly encountered the same verification code error. After several attempts to resend the code, I reached the maximum number of allowed attempts, and my account became locked.

I have verified that all my details (such as my phone number and country code) are correct and have even tried using different devices and networks, but the issue persists. I contacted Tipalti support, and they told me to reach out to Roblox Support regarding the account lock. I have done so at least ten times but have received no response.

I’m now stuck in a catch-22 situation: I cannot complete my registration or access my pending DevEx request due to the lockout. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any suggestions on how to expedite unlocking the account or any further steps to take would be greatly appreciated.
