LOD messes up MeshParts that are parented to a character model

If a MeshPart that was recently uploaded is parented to a character model (a model with a humanoid in it), it will severely loose it’s detail (even with RenderFidelity = Enum.RenderFidelity.Precise) as shown below:

I think the issues are self explanatory but in short- all my gun models look like trash.
