I think roblox is having right now, I have the same Error and before that I couldn’t even log into Studios.

roblox is currently down, it is not known what the issue is or how long it will take. i suggest you just close it and wait 30 minutes to an hour to check and see if roblox still has a wait time of 33+ seconds, and to see if studio works. if the website is still slow after that point (over 6000ms response time) just wait longer and check discord servers or the forum for updates.
here is an update: it seems roblox is working fine now, unsure about studio. the website is responding normally at an average ms.

try loogging out and loggin back in
Temporarily export your game to your local PC, re-install Studio, import your game and maybe try logging in again?
