Canva isn’t the best website to make logos, but anyway for a Website not for really logos like this it’s fairly good.

Photopea, Photoshop and other things that are easy to use, and have a lot of tools available for Designs and they were made for Designs like this unlike canva. As canva is like a plain logo creator.
