Trying to edit a TextBox on mobile with a long .Text string (I tried with 40k characters) will instantly crash mobile devices, as far as I know this happens on most if not all mobile android devices.
Most likely the problem is that roblox does not have enough RAM to process and store such a large amount of text
Thanks for reporting this, it looks like the issue you encountered was fixed a this year a separate bug fix. Let us know if you’re still running into this.
