Im willing to pay just about whatever their price is depending on portfolio from $15 to at least not over $50. I have no real deadline but in order to go through the process of sketching and designing one I expect it should take 1-2 weeks. It really all depends on the quality of ones craft, the better someone is the more you would expect to pay them.
