Hi there, I am starting a new studio to create some games such as obbys, tycoons, and more. I have no name for the studio yet, but I am looking for 3 people to help me run it. This is a sort of a fun experiment in a way to see how well 4 people can equally own something together and see if any simple games we create can become big.
Despite the fact that we are making simple games, I do expect everyone here to be experienced in development. I have been developing games on the Roblox platform for over 3 years and I am a professional scripter, UI designer, and I do various other things.
Jobs
I can’t make a chart as to what jobs will be needed, as I have no idea what will be made yet. However, it’d be nice if you are at least semi experienced in many fields so that we will be able to make theoretically anything.
Requirements
- You must be 13+
- You must have Discord for quick communication
- You must be active at least 5 days a week for at least an hour per day
- You need to be capable of working alongside 3 other people and treating each other equally
- You must be respectful to others
- You need to be comfortable with sharing 3 quarters of everything
- You need to pay for 25% of everything (Probably won’t end up being that expensive since we probably won’t be hiring any developers)
Disclaimer: Despite the fact that this is a 4 person project and we are supposed to be equal, I will need to have control over everything (at least for now) for safety reasons. I do not want to act as an overhead owner and I won’t, but until we all know we can trust each other I will need to hold most things. After we build up some trust, I will allow everyone access to all of the holder accounts for everything. If this makes me seem sketchy, I have worked with many studios and developers and I have a pretty clean track record. You can contact anyone I’ve worked with if you think I’m suspicious.
Payment
You’ll receive 25% of everything we make and you’ll own 25% of everything.
