About Us
Hello! We are an upcoming Roblox development team creating San Ysidro Border Roleplay, a realistic modern city roleplay experience focused on life, emergency services, law enforcement, and border operations.
Players will be able to choose different paths and create their own stories, including:
- Police Officer
- Border Patrol Officer
- Criminal
- Paramedic
- Firefighter
- Citizen
More roles and systems will be added during development.
Our goal is to create a highly detailed, realistic, and long-term Roblox experience with professional quality.
A full Game Design Document (GDD), development plan, and detailed role information will be provided to accepted team members.
The Team
We are currently looking for experienced developers to join our core development team:
- Co-Owner / Project Manager
- Lead Programmer
- Gameplay Programmer
- Builder / Environment Designer
- 3D Modeler
- UI/UX Designer
- Animator / VFX Artist
- QA Tester
- Community & Marketing Manager
We are looking for developers with multiple years of Roblox Studio experience who are passionate about creating high-quality games.
About The Project
San Ysidro Border Roleplay will feature:

- Roleplay interactions
- Future expansions and updates
We want to build a game that can grow into a long-term project with a strong community.
Revenue Share
This is not a paid position.
Team members will receive a revenue share percentage from the game’s earnings after release.
Current minimum shares:
- Co-Owner / Project Manager — 10%
- Lead Programmer — 10%
- Builder — 8%
- Gameplay Programmer — 6%
- 3D Modeler — 5%
- UI/UX Designer — 4%
- Animator / VFX Artist — 3%
- Marketing Manager — 4%
Revenue share percentages may increase depending on dedication, contribution, responsibility, and long-term involvement in the project.
Requirements
You must have:
- Strong Roblox Studio experience
- Professional portfolio
- Previous work examples
- Good communication skills
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your Roblox account
We are looking for serious developers who want to create something high quality, not a short-term project.
