Why not use the scripter/builder for the scripter?

I don’t understand on why you have 2 scripters already but need another one? Also, there is literally NOTHING explaining what type of work is needed, nothing about what type of scripts are needed.

1.Akarm mainly does building/uis but he also knows how to script but he would much rather not
