I’m looking for someone to update the already existing (and fully functional) game Hotel Empire:
The Game
This is pretty much a high quality tycoon where you decorate hotels with furniture, can buy bigger and better hotels, and more floors.
The Pay
The pay is 100% negotiable, but I was thinking starting off at around 10% of the revenue is fair, and as more time passes if you continue updating, gradually the % revenue you can make off the game will increase as well (e.g: 1st month = 10%, 2nd month = 20%)
But also if you stop updating the game, I don’t want to continue offering revenue (unless you have a good reason for it – again, 100% negotiable xd)
I would like to stray away from a flat fee because it removes your connection with the game and I feel like a % would be much more motivating
I can pay through robux, paypal, or bank account
The Job
You should probably put in about 14 hours of your time into this game per week although it is very circumstantial. We already have a lot of ideas for content updates for you to implement
Sadly when I made this game I didn’t know about frameworks so all of the handling code is shoved into one script (although different sections are separated)
I will try my best to explain anything if it’s confusing - restructuring the game is always an option as well though
Also I can potentially work on updates with you (don’t worry, I don’t cram everything into one script anymore XD) if that would be better (although pay will decrease if this is the case ;3)
The Aftermath
If you eventually want to stop working on this game / we decide together that it isn’t necessary, you can always work on other games with me because one person scripting stuff gets lame pretty fast
