I have a quick question. What should I use for the roof shingles? Also looking for suggestions!

Hey! Good build so far! If you want to be very detailed I have seen each tile be a different part, that would help you achieve the look of somewhat realistic roof. Otherwise there are models in the toolbox of big groups of textures people have uploaded for others use. There are some roof textures in those, I know that for a fact because I like using one of the advanced textures group for when I build. Hope this helped some and I didn’t confuse you with my weird thought process.

Hi.
Your house is lacking minor detail… the left side doesn’t have support the garage door looks off. I’d suggest adding more detail like windows on the bottom, slate tiles on the roof etc…

The house lacks proper details of your wanting to make it more realistic try adding siding to the house that’ll improve the overall feel of it, it kinda has just one shape and re-sized, try adding designs to the pillars keeping it like this ruins the design. The house - overall structure has no detail whatsoever – as in, it lacks windows and material. The color scheme is slightly odd you could add siding and rotate it to create a more house feel.
Always use a real house or an image off of google as a template when you are making a house, that’s because it will help you get those important proper details of what’s inside the house and what designs it features regarding this build it could use some windows on the walls and common things chimney, gutter, frame around the garage.
Other than that it’s not bad it just needs some refining to the overall structure.
There are different approaches that you could go for whether it be shingles, tiles, wood planks ect. All houses feature different designs you should try finding one that suits your liking and that fits with the overall theme - structure.
I hope this will help you with your design. Just a phew suggestions.
