Hi There! I’m the founder of “Beastly Corp”. I’m looking for clothing designers who will take around 20% of the profit made in the month (that 20% may go up or down depending on how many designers I hire). Please consider having a payment range, or example payment. This will give potential designers an idea of how much you are paying them.

Payment range (or examples) will help designers not get scammed for their work, and give an idea of how much they are making if they work at your group.
