If you are trying to look for people, especially those with the skills to do what you want, consider adding more detail.
Like “mesher”, what is a mesher supposed to do? I assume by mesher you mean a modeler but what do you want the modeler to do and be capable of? Will they make weapons? Will they make details like trees?
I highly doubt you’re going to find enough people to fill the spots with the amount of information you have provided, but that’s my opinion. In the end best of luck for you and your game.
if it continues on like this I will add more details id just like to keep it as simple as possible for now, but ill update the details if this keeps happening
