Hello! For the past few days I’ve been working on a winter lodge build for use in a game I’m developing. The build isn’t 100% done, I still need to think of more things to spice up the roof and backside, finish the fireplace, add snow detailing on the outside, and of course furnish the inside, but I thought it’d be nice to take a break and look at some feedback for the main stuff that has already been finished. I’m really striving for a near-showcase level build, so keep that in mind.
Your roof lines are too close as in one side should be high enough to perhaps add windows for natural light to enter down the center of that area. The windows on the front that extrude a bit should also have a small lil roof very similar to what you have over the doorway as they would irl to protect those windows. The trim for the siding on the main floor looks good but the upper level trim for the siding doesn’t seem to match up correctly for real life looking siding. The color choice for the chimney block does not seem to be cohesive with the colors you have chosen for the lodge. I think your color choices for the lodge are excellent and the overall build is really good.
Your lodge is looking good! One thing I would add would be adding a window above the back exit. I don’t think that big open spot above the back exit looks natural. Keep up the good work.
