As someone has stated above, finding a full time developer commission for a percentage will be highly unlikely due to there being a clear lack of money for ‘ads’, which in order for a percentage claim to be successful, a game must make revenue.
In brief terms, single percentage payment is a bad method to hire people, as you have 0 robux for ads ( from what it seems ) meaning a developer will essentially be working hard for the game to just sit there, without ads.
