Looking for Graphic Designer for a Commission

Hello,
I am currently in search for a graphic designer in a specific art style. It is for a full character drawing of my Roblox avatar in the Jet Set Radio art style (examples given below)

I am hoping to find somebody who can draw that Roblox avatar in the same style in a similar pose. It does not need a background and does not need much polished as you can see from the example.

Please reply if you can do this. I am willing to pay in USD or a Roblox Gift Card if you would prefer Robux (I myself do not have many Robux so I can only do a gift card.)
