well i know photopea if you want a free one photopea is exactly like photoshop but it has most featuers and its a website unless you want the application

well i use it for gfx sometimes so yea but you could also use paint.ne t wich is also free

well there’s tools on there and ajustments altough you’ll get used to the apllication some day i used to mess around with it for thumb’s

There is pixlr.com

It is easy to use! You can find tutorials on YouTube for how it works.

There is also ibis paint x. It is a drawing app for free.

If you want to draw, use Krita.
If you want to edit images, use Pixlr or paint.net.

I wouldn’t suggest krita because it is extremely unstable from what I’ve heard

Whenever I need to make something quickly Paint 3D has always been my go-to option. BUT it’s not a very good painting software for pros. A very good photo editing website is this one: Photo Editor : Pixlr X - free image editing online you should try it.
