These look so good!, but one thing that is off putting is for example in the top one the guys head is very ROBLOX like, but his hands look more realistic. I would just say maybe keep it consistent through out; if the heads ROBLOX like the hands should and vice versa.
I also think your style is very nice looking as is even with the roblox head and realistic hands.

Like @CottonCandyInc said, the style of the fingers and the head aren’t uniform which slightly irks me. I think your style right now is very unique however and it’s one of the more interesting I’ve seen on the platform. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can answer your third point as I too am not very experienced in art but regardless, you could easily charge 250 robux or higher for a custom made drawing. Though this is just my personal taste, I especially like the second drawing and the color clash between the red and blue. The viewer can clearly tell the emotion of the depicted character, even with no head, and the exclamation point on the side gives a great touch to it.

Looks great, but I would also agree with making sure to stay consistent with one style because the cartoonyish Roblox look and the realistic hands do not look to good together. If you fix that you will be set!!
