Looking for someone to make wingflex system

Hello,
I’m looking for someone to make me a wingflex system that can be used in my aircraft, and be able to weld my own meshes to it. I would like this to be done using contraints if possible.

Here is video, so basically I have my wing split into parts, and want it to react to the movement from the body.

the simplest solution would be to just use procedural springs.
