Looking for the root cause of input lag

Having an issue where my game starts lagging whenever I move my mouse. It cools off after I stop, and then starts again if I try to move.

I tried to attach the microprofile, but it was a 34mb html file and failed twice. I’ve attached some images/gifs anyways. you can see the lag starts, and there’s a big spike, right when I move my mouse around frame 88.
I’m not an expert at reading microprofiles, wanting to know if this is a script issue or a lighting/model issue.

The highlighted frames in the two stillframes are the last frames before the lag kicks in.

Any help interpreting would be appreciated

Are there any scripts that use the Mouse.Move event? That could be the cause.
