I am looking for about 3 builders to help put together a ROBLOX Map,
You will be working as a team with each other to help make a Roleplay Game. The game will be based in England; UK and all developers should be able to build realistic buildings.
We currently have 2 scripters that will also be working on the map eventually when we get things going. The game we are going to make will rely on gamepasses to speed things up such as in-game income to buy cars and weapons ect. We want this game to be as realistic as possible.
:Payment:
The reason I say Voluntary is because for now it is upto you to help us with the map, you will receive all credits for the items you have built for our game and you could potentially earn R$ when the game has opened officially and income starts coming in.
If you decide to help the income from the game will be split between all developers (Not Including me) I will be working for free to make sure we have brilliant developers that receive a bigger paycheck after the income has started coming.

I understand where you are coming from. But 3 modellers for a voluntary job isn’t that easy to find. Yes, this is my opinion but not a lot of people are going to make an entire map with a chance to get nothing in return. If you have friends or family who model you could try and ask them, but people here, are here, for money. Basically what I’m trying to say is, what are you going to do if the game fails? The modellers surely won’t be happy and I’m pretty sure you would feel bad yourself, making them work so hard for them to earn nothing. Even if it’s a little amount like 20$ I think it would be way better than nothing. No hate, we all start somewhere
Voluntary jobs in IRL, can get you a lot of things. In highschool for example, you can volunteer to be a teachers helper to get hours. Everything comes with a cost, yes there will be times where you get nothing but would you literally spend 1 week to get it?
