I would love to apply for this job, but with 0 payments no one would like work for you. I like the idea but without payments im not sure… I sent you a request on Discord.

To be honest I’m fine with no payment as I mostly dev just for fun so I hope that we can get in contact soon I sent a request :slight_smile:

You may want to reorganize your payment decision. Most developers want payment, as would I. Developers are helping you script and build the game, why should you take all the profit for their work as well? Perhaps offering a percentage for each developer may suffice.

I said if the game / games make any Robux most of it would go the devs/builders and ads for the game/groups I would only take like 1% of it

You said that if the group started to make robux, you would discuss payouts if wanted. I believe you should make a set percentage for all developers to ensure that they’ll be paid if the group does take off. Advertisements are important but make sure you pay your developers for the time and work put in.

How much would you put as a percentage?

30-40?

You’re developing along with 4 other developers. I would either:

  • Split the percentages equally. 100 / 5 = 20% for each developer.
    • Or, I would take 10% and split the other 90% between the four developers.

That’s a good idea, but you know that you need to make income if people want a payment.

Since Roblox is a lot of people’s full time job, they take it more seriously and try to make profit so I don’t think that much people will come work with you, it’d be better if you had payments and were more serious about it.
