My game, Lootbox Legends, was recently taken down and was moderated for: “Spam content ( experience offering rewards as robux ).” My game does NOT grant or even offer robux rewards in the experience.
My idea for what it might be: Inside the game, the player can earn in-game items from crates. There are crates in the game that give skins with all types of different rarities. I believe moderation mistook my crate called “Robux Crate,” for something that it is not. The Robux Crate, named as such because it costs 77 Robux, has better chances for higher rarity skins. Even so, I removed all traces of Robux within the game. I requested an appeal, but it said the “consequence for this conduct will not be adjusted.”
I created this game with Robuilder and he even has a video on it, but I don’t know what to do next to get the game unbanned. I feel like I’m out of luck.
Did you contact Roblox Support by any chance yet? If so what did they say
Videos or twitter will mostlikely not do anything in my opinion. Only way to contact roblox staff is via their official support system. DevRel and other staff on the forum are probably not related to moderation
Roblox Support is handeled by humans with templates. Their decision making really just depends on your situation and how you request the appeal. In my opinion, your appeal must include the following:
Be Professional
Explain what exactly happened (ex: Do not just say “i was falsely banned”)
List the rule and explain why it doesn’t violate the specific rule
This would higher your chances up in the appeal process. However, i do not have much experience on appealing games so it is really hard to say how to get it restored. Also if they decline the appeal, you can also reply and try to get it discussed further
I can’t say that the Appeals Portal is operated by humans though. That is unknown
