We need player (r15) & gun animations; you will need to animate and rig the guns
You will need to make “Global” (independent of guns and only need to be made once) and “Individual” (specific for each gun) animations
Global animations
Idle
Crouch
5 Move (forward, strafe, forward diagonal, backward, backward diagonal) (they will be mirrored via a script unless you think thats a bad idea then we can do 8)
Fire (might not need)
Reload (might not need)
Equip (might not need)
Individual gun animations
Idle
Crouch (might get away with just using idle idk)
Move (one for all dirs is probably enough)
Fire
Reload
Equip
Less than 20 seconds? Communication is important, but you should let someone have a life (and sleep, for that matter) Just as long they get back to you in a reasonable time (e.g. not leaving you hanging for days on end.)
Personally, I think time spent working should be based on productive output, not on a fixed rate, either. This isn’t a full-time job. But that’s somewhat subjective.
i guess average isn’t the right word, more like average excluding outliers of when someone specifically explains(with valid reasons such as in school or sleeping) why she’s busy
one of my biggest pet peeves is when people don’t reply (or take forever to reply)
thats true but i want to get across that the animator shouldn’t be slacking
Sure but just remember that like you said, it’s a pet peeve. It’s totally normal for people to take ages to reply to sometihng. You must consider things such as timezones, school and real-life priorities.
Anyway, if that’s what you really want, why don’t you say that instead of creating some arbitrary rules?
Again – if that’s what you want, say it!
What I’m trying to say that since the work is not a full time job, basing contract work of off of a fixed set hours might not be very good. In addition to this, there will be people who work slowly, and others who work quickly, with the only consistent result being the animations themselves. Like I said earlier, though, it’s a bit of a subjective topic.
