When you join a game on Roblox that has voice chat, suddenly the volume itself is very unbalanced causing the media audio to stay quiet at device’s max volume I tried adjusting it on the Roblox settings, they are maxed (100%). Also the call volume acts as a secondary volume. This happens only on mobile devices such as Android, iOS and iPadOS. In some cases, your whole Roblox audio my appear or get muted.
Maybe Roblox should add a wireless device compatibility such as headphones. It’s not just me, some users have been reporting this alot due to limited functionality.
Expected behavior
The workaround is to disable your Bluetooth especially when the game uses VC and use the main device’s output.

Hi @natandtyler9, thanks for your report. Some degradation of audio quality is expected and unavoidable (not just on Roblox) with any Bluetooth device with voice enabled, please see this comment.
However, what you’re describing sounds worse than what is expected. We regularly test with Bluetooth headsets and voice and don’t see anything this bad - could I ask you for the specific hardware and configuration you are using? Thanks!

I’m using an Android phone, and paired with a Bluetooth earbud, due to its high latency there’s a slight delay on some models. The issue also has been reported by tons of people too, including iPhones and iPads paired with AirPods.
Thanks! Can I ask what specific Android phone you are using, and which Bluetooth earbuds? We have heard of related issues but not what you describe specifically.
Hi @natandtyler9 just checking in to see if you’d be able to let us know what specific Android phone you are using, and which Bluetooth earbuds.
Thanks!
