Hi, just wanted to start off by saying your build looks great.
Criticism:

  • It’s a little too shallow to be an office building. What I’m trying to say is that there doesn’t appear to be any room in the office building. It should be larger. The back could be extended more.
  • The trees look a little… off? It looks like you’ve just rotated a brick many times. Maybe try changing that.

Hope this helps! ヾ(@⌒ー⌒@)ノ

When I joined the place wasn’t anchored, anywho. Your build looks pretty cool. Nothing I would change.

I’m really trying to see what type of office builds you’re going for? Their normally tall, featuring amount of space for interior placement. Regarding the build it’s not bad, however I feel like the roof area is pretty plain looking throwing a few items vents, solar panels. But with every new build it feels like you’re forgetting those small objects placed on your build.

You possibly spent time more time enhancing the graphics and vibrant colors. I kind of love that cartoon lighting, consider not leaving a bit spot with nothing on it, I’m more talking about the sides - back of the building. I’m hoping you’d spend more time making or adding objects around the build.

Something that makes the build look finished it “looks good”.

I think the build is look good for me and here is why:
1.the build look small and it look quite well
2. the grass not look smooth for me
3. the detail of it is quite well but the color of it need little bit low
4. the tree it is ok and the different detail of the tree was the grown and the top of the building
I think you done a pretty good job on it and i would say is not that bad but make sure you make the build more detail and unique. so i think that all for now and i will see you next time…
Seeya!

Very well made build you got there! But as mentioned, the tree looks kinda off, you can go search online on low poly trees and try to fix it. Also, I think low poly stuffs doesn’t have textures on it, instead, they have much more bright colors. ( Well if low poly build have textures, then pretend that I never said that… )

Anyway, great job!

When I saw the pictures, I was like," Is this entrance even smaller than the average tall R15 humanoid." The office is very small, try to make it bigger and make it have more floors. I mean a 3-4 storey building is more than enough for an office, unless this office is actually meant to be situated at ground floor only.(There are actually offices like that in real life xD) ALSO, the building is way too squarish, try to add more wedges and use the GapFill plugin.

In my opinion, this looks like a cafe more than an office. I’d change the color, remove the trees, make it a lot bigger, and anchor the whole thing. Hopefully this helped!

Also, I actually would suggest a parking lot, an entrance with beams a a factory, and I guess, if it is a factory- office add chimneys near by, also change color scheme of the structure.

Alright i’m going to be straight up honest with you. I really don’t like it, the building is too small for an office let alone could barely be called a house. Most offices usually have a more bigger building than usual, if your going for a smaller office building try using google for references. The color scheme is okay, the tree’s are just grass blocks duplicated and rotated. It needs more plantation at least add a few bushes and some flowers to actually make it look appealing. I rate it a 5.5/10! For effort put into the building.
