Low-Poly Wilderness Feedback

So this is a minor project I made in less than 15 minutes which I wanted to have criticism on. It’s not much, but I say it looks pretty darn good!

PS: You should probably check out the game to get the full effect on the build!

WARNING! LAG FEST!

It’s a very nice build, however I doubt this took you (or could take anyone) only 15 minutes.

That aside, I would just edit those fake sun rays you made a little bit to seem more realistic… the animation isn’t realistic, so I would think about changing that as well. Otherwise, it’s nice for low-poly!

EDIT: Change up some rocks and trees a bit… they seem too blocky.

Very good, don’t think it’s possible it only took you 15 minutes to make this but alright. The swaying is a very nice touch to it. Makes the game feel calm and peaceful. :+1:

Two suggestions I have are that:

  1. Have a little less animation. I like the swaying and all, but it’s a bit excessive.

  2. Add invisible boundaries to the outside of the build and/or make the map larger.

Anyhow, the build is really well made and creative! Good work!

I think there’s some free models in here. Nice build though.

BTW it did take 16 minutes to make look

Plus the meshes were made in blender

It’s a very nice place. Apart from the sun rays which give me a weird feeling when moving the camera and the water that has too much reflection and no transparency. Also, you should put less animations if you consider making a game with builds like this. Keep up the good work!

Isn’t that… 2 hours and 16 minutes?

Anyway, very cool place. Some criticism could be the rocks - they are only rectangular. Maybe some could have chips in them or cracks, or some kind of changing to look less cube-like, to fit the rest of the theme. Same with the grass.

OH SORRY I must have misread that ya it was 2 hours and 16 minutes thx

Hello, nice overall build. I like how you used Tween I’m guessing to do those trees.
Just like @jvstaldjni mentioned, I’m assuming you can 3D model, so maybe make the rocks in Blender Or whatever 3D program you use so it looks more like lowpoly and not “blocky”.

The rocks were made straight in roblox so that’s why there blocky, I’ll be fixing up the place right now
