Grammar
All LRs are expected to use full grammar while working inside the kitchen and register area. Although grammar is not required outside of these areas, a reasonably high level of maturity is still expected.
Making Drinks
If you’re unsure how to make a certain recipe, you should read our recipe guide, which can be found in-game and on our handbook. If you’re still unsure on a certain recipe, do not hesitate to ask a Senior Barista or higher for assistance.
Greeting
Whenever a customer comes up to your register, you should be ready to greet them. Here’s a few examples:
“Welcome to Sirène, what would you like to order today?”
“My name is Colour3FromRGB, welcome to Sirène, how may I serve you today?”
“Welcome to Sirène, my name is Colour3FromRGB, how may I serve you on this wonderful Saturday afternoon?”
You may come up with your own greeting, but remember to include key details such as your name, and “Welcome to Sirène”
Trollers
At Sirène, we utilize a 1 warning moderation system, which means if a troller continues to troll after their first warning, they will be removed from the session.
If you encounter someone trolling, give them a warning.
Here’s a few examples:
“Please stop trolling or you will be removed from the session.
“Please refrain from spamming or you may be kicked from the server.”
“If you do not stop, you will be removed from the session.”
As with the greetings, you may make your own as long as you include key details such as: “you will be removed/kicked from the server/session” and “please stop/refrain from trolling”
