yeah I learned pretty fast tbh!
I suggest u shade it smooth just by right clicking it in blender and clicking shade to smooth, looks good overall.

smooth it out, make the things coming out seem more natural, make the windows not literally bulge out, and yeah i guess?

you could add some texture to the body (metallic texture).
And some black outlines to the window (the frame).
right now it looks like the windows are only glass.
