Why do you have advertisements in the game?
In order to ensure we continue to make enough money to add future updates, we put ads into the game to give us a constant revenue flow even if players don’t purchase anything with Robux in-game.
We understand that advertisements are a pain to look at, and are generally annoying. We wanted to put ads in game, but also didn’t want to ruin gameplay and the feel of the map by having tons of ads in your view. Because of this, we have limited where we placed ads to the lobby. This ensures gameplay is mostly unaffected, while still allowing us to get some profit off of ads.
We also allow players who wish to remove ads entirely, see No Ads Gamepass. Thank you for your patience, and allowing us to put minimal amounts of ads to generate revenue.
