[1]Hotel Guest: Guest at the hotel. You are able to send an application to get a job at Luxy Hotels!
[V]VIP Guest: Reserved for VIP members, alliance partners and resigned HRs.
[2]Suspended: Suspended for a set amount of time or is under investigation.

LOW RANKS:
All low ranks are able to work at all stations at the hotel.
[3]Trainee: Your application was accepted and you are now able to work at the hotel. Attend a training session to get a promotion.
[4]Junior Receptionist: Junior Receptionist have some experience, they know what to do around the hotel.
[5]Receptionist: Receptionists have experience at the hotel.
[6]Experienced Receptionist: Experienced Receptionists have a lot of experience. They are trusted with handcuffs and tasers.
[7]Senior Receptionist: Senior Receptionists are highly trusted and they have handcuffs, tasers, and LR Admin.

MANAGEMENT RANKS (MR):
These ranks take a lot of time, effort and dedication to get. These ranks are really trusted.
[8]Head Staff: This rank is given to hardworking Senior Receptionists who are at the hotel and attend most training sessions to help. Head Staff observe the LRs and make sure they are doing their jobs and giving out assistance to LRs. You should be able to handle trollers when needed.
[10]Supervisor: This rank takes a lot of time, effort and dedication. As a Supervisor, you make the hotel is running smoothly and you should fill in empty spaces. You should handle trollers when needed and assist with complaints at the hotel. Supervisors should also:
- Attend as many training sessions as possible and help out.
[11]Senior Supervisor: This rank is very hard to get, people with extreme dedication get this rank. People with this rank always put Luxy Hotels before other groups. As a Senior Supervisor, you should make sure everyone is on task, assist with complaints and make sure everyone on task. Senior Supervisors should also:
- Attend as many training sessions as possible and help out.
- Host/Co-Host if an Executive needs you to.
- Read applications

EXECUTIVE RANKS (HR):
[13]Hotel Manager: This rank takes a lot of time and dedication to get. As a Hotel Manager, you should always put Luxy Hotels first. Hotel Managers are responsible for reading reports, reading applications, hosting sessions, and promoting hard-working staff members.
[14]Service Manager: This rank is given to hard-working Hotel Managers.
[15]Head Executive: This rank is the highest rank anyone can achieve. They have worked at Luxy for a while. This is a Senior Executive rank.
