Luxy Hotels | Traning Guide

Basic Information

This training guide includes all the information that a user may need to assist/operate a session. To fully understand the guide, you must read all of it. Each section will be specifically outlined for ease of use and quick access.

Any SR+ may oversee if they want too, but they must ask for admin permissions from the host.

Training Hierearcy

Role Description Rank Quantity
Overseer Oversees the session, confirms the host is doing their job correctly; and everything is being teached to the highest standard. Corporate Officer+ 𝟏
Host Leads the session, supervising the staff present; making sure they’re doing their assigned tasks, as well as ranking passed trainees. Executive Assistant+ 𝟏
Co-Host Usually called the ‘Co-Host’, they work alongside the host assisting staff that may need their help. Board of Directors+ 𝟏
Trainers Provides trainees with the necessary information about the session. Hotel Manager+ Up to 𝟑 for groups: A B & C
Helpers Assistant the Trainer by training trainees. Includes: Asking them trivia questions and running simulations. Supervising Team+ 𝟐 for each group.

Host Training Rules

  • The host must stay present at all times including:
    • Going AFK for more than 10 minutes.
    • Leaving the session for an ‘unnecessary’ reason.
  • You must use the official guide, using a fraudulent guide will result in you being demoted or your employment terminated.
  • Follow the correct procedure of commencing a session. [Listen Below]
    • Have your session claimed.
    • Announce your session in the communications server and group shout, 30 minutes before it’s commencing time using the correct format.
  • Slock your session at the start time.
    • If no one attends the session then you may cancel it after 10 minutes of waiting.
  • Inform the server that PTS is enabled and will be denied.
  • If planned correctly, your session shouldn’t exceed the 60 minutes time gap.

Salutations! My name is (USERNAME) and I’ll be your host for today, I’m joined alongside my co-host (USERNAME). Please listen to each of us today as we help you achieve your desired rank today!

Please stay silent whilst my co-host and I give you some rules that our staff have to follow.

Rule 1 | Whilst at the Hotel, you are required to use grammar. If an SHR does see you not using grammar frequently, you’ll be struck.

Rule 2 | Professionalism must be kept throughout your time here. Unprofessionalism is not tolerated at MBC and you will be provided with the correct punishment if this standard is not followed.

Rule 3 | You must oblige by ROBLOX T’s & C’s. Not following these rules, will get you reported to ROBLOX and you’ll be blacklisted.

Rule 4 | Disrespect to any high rank or any member of staff will not be tolerated by any member of staff, a demotion/suspension will easily be provided.

Rule 5 | Activity must be kept by every staff, we need you to remain active so we can grow as both a community and a group.

Rule 1 | If you fail as a trainee, please do not rage/scream at your trainer.

Rule 2 | During the session, you must use grammar, you're only allowed to make 3 mistakes then you’ll be kicked.

Rule 3 | Have fun. Don’t rush your answers, it’ll only confuse you more.

Team A, you are now dismissed. Please go directly to your trainers and listen to them for final instructions.

Team B, you are now dismissed. Please go directly to your trainers and listen to them for final instructions.

Start a 60-second countdown between the dismissal of Team A and Team B.

Trainer Guidelines

Trainer Script

Always ask the host for permission to start the session before proceeding.

Hello! Welcome to today’s training session, my name is (Your Name) and I’ll be your trainer today. Please listen and read everything I say as it will be vital to you passing the session.

As a Receptionist and or Housekeeping, it’s your responsibility to provide the service that is expected of you.

For example, checking in guests to a high standard; providing assistance to those who need it; calling housekeeping etc…

Staffing Rules

  1. Always make sure that you are doing the right job.

  2. Do not have any contact with any abusers. This is unprofessional and it will result in you receiving a staff warning.

  3. Under no circumstances should any staff member abuse their tools and power. For example, creating false orders.

  4. Always respect other staff who are working with you. We are trying to make everyone work with teamwork.

  5. Make sure to warn someone before contacting an SHR to remove them, warning for an incorrect reason will result in you being demoted.

  6. Contact an SHR+ in an emergency. You can do this via pinging one within our communications server or requesting one via the group wall.

The Assistant Instructors section

Hello! My name is (your name), I’ll be assisting the instructor today! Please maintain the same respect you gave my instructor to me whilst I’m speaking.

  1. What is the role of a (Receptionist or Housekeeping)?
  2. You encounter a staff member being inappropriate, what do you do?
  3. How would you warn someone (Hint: use the format)?
  4. What would you do if you saw another staff member giving false information?
  5. What would you do if you caught another staff member admin abusing?
  6. You encounter an exploiter, what do you do?

The user must receive 3/5 questions correct to proceed to the next section.

Simulations Section!

Simulation [1]
In this section, you must troll your trainee. Grammar isn’t required; you must test them on trolling and exploiting.

Simulation [2]
In this section, you must act like a customer, your trainee must serve you as if you were a customer… make sure to let them know they need a greeting beforehand.

Failing the simulations section will result in an instant fail.

Ranking

Ranking is managed by the host. They may appoint an overseer to rank if the session is clustered.

In order for a trainee to pass a session, they must not have the following:

  • Maximum Grammar Strikes
  • Failed more than two sections
  • Failed the simulations

Once ranked, please kick the trainee with either ‘message A’ or ‘message B’

[Message A] | :kick (USER) Congratulations on passing today’s session, you’ve been successfully ranked! Head down to the deli for a shift.

[Message B] | :kick (USER) Unfortunately, you haven’t passed today’s session, don’t be distraught as there is another opportunity for you to pass again next session!
