Congratulations on obtaining the shift leader rank! 
Now, with your new role, you have the ability to advance even further.
(Pst… how?) 
Well, it’s simple!
You have to meet three requirements.
Activity.
Staffing watches for activity when considering a middle rank promotion, therefore, the more active you are, the higher chance of promotion.
Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to welcome as many people to the team as possible, we require your account age to be 30 days (1 month old) and you need to spend at least 2 weeks in-game.
However, shifting for unhealthy hours is discouraged and we do not recommend spending long amounts of time behind the screen, for your health, and that will not get you promoted.
Maturity and leadership.
When looking for new middle-ranks, we want staff who are mature in their role(s) to be able to assist lower ranks, and handle situations appropriately, you can show maturity by helping other receptionists who are having trouble, or answering questions.
We also look for members who can lead our staff to success and show vital leadership skills.
Knowledge.
We want staff who are knowledgable about the game, group, and how our systems work.
After meeting these requirements, when we look for middle ranks, you have a chance of being selected onto our middle-rank team.
We advise that you do not hint to middle ranks, as that will drastically lower your chances of being picked in the future by high ranks.
