Moonlight Forest Staff Guide

This guide is to teach low ranks about how our system works. A lot of questions about being a low rank can be answered with this guide.

Low Rank Regulations

As a low rank, you must follow a few extra rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in a demotion.

  • As a low rank, you must follow all rules that already apply to customers
  • Grammar is NOT required but 100% recommended (you cannot get demoted for not using grammar).
  • Staff must be EXTRA respectful to others as they set the image for Moonlight Forest.
  • Use common sense and your best judgement!
How to use the register

  • To create an order, go to a register and hold “E”. Once the screen asking you for a user comes up, input the customers username.

  • Next, select all of the items that your customer asked for.

EX: If someone asked for a Strawberry Boba, go into the Boba section and select the box that says “Strawberry Boba”.

:warning: Remember there is an item limit of 3.

  • Once you have selected all items the customer asked for, click the “Submit” button at the top of the green screen. Once you have submitted the order, you are all done!
Recipes

If you are a Juicer+ you are going to be working within the kitchen! When you claim an order, begin working on each item right away. The recipes for each type of item are listed below.

Drinks

Boba: Cup + Ice + Milk + Flavor + Blender + Boba

Juice: Cup + Ice + Water + Flavor + Fruit

Smoothie: Cup + Ice + Milk + Flavor + Fruit + Blender

Milkshake: Cup + Ice + Ice Cream + Milk + Blender

Pastries

Fridge + Oven

Cupcakes have a different recipe. Cupcakes should be made as follows: Fridge + Oven + Wrapper + Frosting.

Spectating Sessions

:warning: Kitchen Leaders are the only Low Ranks allowed to spectate sessions.

As a Kitchen Leader, you are given the privilege to spectate trainings sessions. To spectate sessions, you must follow a strict set of guidelines. Failure to abide by these rules can result in you being blacklisted from spectating sessions.

Spectating Guidelines

  • You CANNOT answer any PTS calls.
  • You are required to stand on the Spectator lines
  • You are required to follow all request from the Host
  • You must be professional and presentable at trainings (appropriate attire)
  • Spectators should join at xx:45, and NO LATER than xx:55. Spectators will be dismissed if they join earlier or too late.
  • Using public chat to talk with others is prohibited

Management Intern Promotion Tips

If you would like to become an MR, there are two ways. By application, or recommendation. To be recommended, you must follow all tips and requirements below.

Promotion Tips

  • You must have good grammar
  • You must be active within the juice bar
  • You must be a Kitchen Leader
  • You must be within our Discord Server
  • You must be able to properly handle trollers and disruptive customers
  • You must be able to spectate trainings regularly
  • You must not have safechat
  • You must not have a poor moderation history in our group
  • You must be abide by all Low Rank guidelines
  • You have been a Kitchen Leader for at least 2 weeks
