MacOS problem with other keyboard input language

I found the problem
When u using other keyboard input language on MacOS u can’t use hotkey with command like I can’t use command+D, command+Z and etc
after changing language to English u can use any hotkey with command like command+D

MacBook Air M1
MacOS Sequoia 15.4.1
