The photo was an old one, so I had to edit the post to add the new photo in.
Looks pretty nice, although i would add more details on the roofs of the buildings so it doesn’t look that basic.
Wow! Not bad @ToxicSpyderz! I see you have come a long way since the original version. Keep up the great work!
Now for feedback, here are a few things I think you should change/add:

Add a few more types of trees.

Add a few bus stops along the sides of the road.

Add more detail to the roofs of the buildings (add a chimney, shingles, etc.)

Add some street lights.

Fix the lighting of the map (everything looks a bit hazy in my opinion).

Instead of having six tables and chairs in the park area, take out about 4 of them and add a playground instead.
