Welcome to Mahalo! A paradise retreat along the coastal islands of Hawaii, where guests and staff can enjoy a lavish experience filled with culturally themed dishes and exciting opportunities. Through our unique system, members can take part in fun and interactive ways to progress! We offer a variety of activities such as cooking, buying cosmetics, engaging in roleplay, competing on the leaderboard, and much more!

Regulations
Regulations
In order to maintain a welcoming and safe environment, we have implemented a set of community guidelines for players to abide by. This code of conduct is enforced by our staff, and violators will face consequences. If you encounter a disruptive player in-game or on our group wall, please reach out to a member of our management team. Our management team is able to be contacted in-game if any are present, via group wall, and on our communications server. All players, including staff, are subject to follow these guidelines.
Terms of Service:
Everyone should abide by the platform’s Terms of Service/Use, whether you are on our Roblox grounds or within the communications server. Failure to abide by the given guidelines will result in punishment and potential sanction from the respective platform.
Respect:
All members of the community should be treated with kindness and respect. Any form of disrespect, such as derogatory or discriminative comments, is prohibited. Unresolved conflicts should not be continued and should instead be reported to a moderator.
Third-Party Usage:
Using a third-party client to execute malicious activity with negative intentions is forbidden. If you are caught violating this rule, your account(s) will be permanently banned from all Mahalo grounds.
Appeal Information
Appeal Information:
If you ever face permanent punishment, we always allow you the opportunity to appeal your moderation action. To do so, you first must determine which consequence you have received from the list below as each one has different procedures to appeal.
Permanent Ban – Permanent bans restrict players from joining the restaurant. They are the result of several minor violations or one severe violation. If you’d like to appeal your permanent ban, you must open a Customer Support ticket in our communications server.
Communications Ban – Communications bans restrict users from joining our communications server on Discord. They are the result of consistently violating our platform rules. If you’d like to appeal your communications ban, you must reach out to a Moderation Board.
Global Ban – Global bans restrict players from joining any game under Mahalo. This includes the restaurant, training centre, and application centre. Global bans are the result of consistent disruptive behaviour within Mahalo property. If you’d like to appeal your global ban, you must open a Customer Support ticket in our communications server.
Staff Restriction – Staff restrictions restrict players from joining our management team as a Middle Rank. In most cases, they are accompanied by a Middle Rank termination. However, Kitchen Leaders who demonstrate unqualified behaviour may receive this consequence as well. If you’d like to appeal your staff restriction, you must open a Customer Support ticket in our communications server.

Low Ranks
Kitchen Leader
To reach this rank, it is required to have 200 points. Highest Low Ranks that have mastered Mahalo and are eligible for Staff Assistant. For further information on Recruitment, check out [Promotion Guide].
Becoming a Middle Rank
Would you like to supervise the restaurant, assist at training sessions, and work your way up to become a High Rank? If this interests you, joining our management team is the best way to achieve this. There are several stages to becoming a Staff Assistant, which is our first Middle Rank.
Kitchen Leader Recognition:
Only Kitchen Leaders who are not staff restricted are eligible for a Staff Assistant promotion. The Staffing Department actively watches for Kitchen Leaders who are able to be deemed competent for the next position. When a Kitchen Leader is recognized for their work, the promotion process will then be initiated. The Staffing Department considers all Staff Assistant recommendations and analyze Kitchen Leaders for an appropriate amount of time before processing their potential promotion.
Management Internship:
After a Kitchen Leader has been ranked to Staff Assistant, they first must pass their management internship before they are considered a certified Middle Rank. Internships consist of several stages to test interns’ abilities and whether they are a good fit for the team. If they pass their internship, they will receive a certification letter and will be held to higher standards.

To earn your first promotion, you’ll need to complete a training session guided by our experienced team. These sessions will equip you with the skills needed to thrive, ensuring you’re well-prepared for your role as a Standard Chef.

Alliance Information
When being an affiliate of Mahalo’s, we expect that you follow all of our expectations of; being respectful and keeping in touch when necessary. We ask that you follow all of Mahalo’s rules alongside the Discord TOS. Before you file an application to become a potential partner of Mahalo, we ask that you make sure you meet the requirements stated below.
Additionally, we accept exceptions on these requirements which means you may be able to be an affiliate if your exception gets accepted. If you would like to file an exception against a certain requirement, please DM a Relations Department member.
— Must obtain at least 200 group members.
— Must obtain at least 300 Discord members.
— Must not sell any MR/HR ranks with administrative commands.
— Must have a stable, beneficial community & organized team…
— No recent Ownership changes.
— Representatives must be able to communicate with Mahalo on regular occasions.
