Rules & Regulations
To maintain a happy and safe environment here at Mahalo‘, we have set standardized rule and regulations. Please make sure to abide by these at all times. Failure to do so will result in a severe moderation and or ban.
Swearing
Any bypassing or swearing pointed to anyone that is offensive is prohibited. Failure to abide will result in immediate action taken.
Discussions
Despite the fact that we do desire individuals to develop stronger relations with their fellow members of the Staff Team and Lower Ranks, it is essential that all conversations that take place via the communications channels be suitable.
Age and TOS Restrictions
Those who are younger than 13 years old will be removed from this group immediately. On the condition of proving they have met the minimum age limit, they will be entitled to come back.
Not Safe for Work
NSFW and sensitive subjects are not permitted in this forum. In the event that this regulation is not properly adhered to, additional action will be taken.
Advertisement
Neither you nor anyone else will be able to advertise for themselves or for another individual within this server. The direct messages or the server itself are included in this.
Drama
No one is permitted to post anything that may be considered toxic in general on any of our channels. Our HRs will further punish you as a consequence of this. This is a secure environment for all members.
Pings
There are no exceptions to the rule regarding mass pings, role pinging, or ghost pings.
Common Sense
Most of our rules and standards are written here. If you are not sure if something is wrong because it is not written in our rules, use your common sense.
Loopholes
If you are trying to get around the rules, moderators can decide that you should be punished.

In order to maintain the structure and functioning here, we have three teams here at Mahalo‘. Our Middle Rank team, our High Rank team, and our Leadership team. Our contact information for our members in the Leadership Team will be appointed down below:

Affiliate Requirements
Additionally, we accept exceptions on these requirements which means you may be able to be an affiliate if your exception gets accepted. If you would like to file an exception against a certain requirement, please DM a Relations Department member.
➞ Must obtain at least 200 group members.
➞ Must obtain at least 300 Discord members.
➞ Must not sell any MR/HR ranks with administrative commands.
➞ Must have a stable, beneficial community & organized team…
➞ No recent Ownership changes.
➞ Representatives must be able to communicate with Mahalo on regular occasions.
Appeals
Appeals our handled through our Communications Server, go to the #staff-support channel and open a “Appeals” ticket, then a member in the Relations Department will get back to you!
