Very light red hue coming from those things would add even more detail to the overall look of this build.

Very cool! Love the textures.
To improve, imo, the grafitti only being on the concrete and being underneath the metal supports doesn’t make much sense to me, and it doesn’t seem that the red lights are emitting any red light. I also think the lights should either be on both sides, perhaps alternating, or just on the ceiling.
