hi! on roblox we all know about the chat, right? In the ingame chat, there are multiple features but two key ones related to age groups: Chat Summaries and Quick words.
now, the reason i am stating this is because for some reason, some users dont have access to these features at all???

and just trust me for the fact that chat summaries is not there (i have never seen one before)
i do have an suspicion onto what is causing this though. my account is located in australia and if you didnt know, trusted friends are not available here and trusted friends can chat to eachother no matter the age group. chat summaries lets you see a summary of chat between age groups and finally, quick words lets you chat to all age groups with preset words.

all my friends located in australia are also missing these features.
now something fishy is going on here and we need it fixed ASAP.
I believe these features are probably gonna be onhold or may not come to be for Australian’s because roblox is currently being investigated by our eSafety commissioner. This is why bios, friends lists for Australians users are hidden.

it would still be good to see roblox give even a smudge of transparency about this since we’ve been missing features like trusted friends for like the entire year.
I just experienced this issue. Chat summaries and quick words were always available to me (US region), but voice typing has never rolled out to me until this morning. But the next time I loaded the app (I exited without going to the menu previously), it was gone. No matter how many times I restarted the app, it didn’t come back.
Youre not the only one who’s missing thag feature, I’m also missing the major chat features… How come can the US users get all they get, while non-US users get nothing…
