Despite my game having high engagement for a week now, it is still not appearing on search as if it is shadow banned. Even using quotations “” it still does not appear at the top. There is also no other game that is named Scary Tower that has a high engagement

Please fix this, a lot of people in my TikTok video that went viral keep asking in the comment that they couldn’t find the game and it has been a week.

Expected behavior

It should be appearing on the Top of the search as it has a very high amount of engagement and concurrent active players. It has been a week yet it is still not appearing.

I forgot to add on that based on my previous experience it only takes 2-3 days for a game with high engagement to appear on search

Yeah when I try to search Jeff Bezos it also just shows a bunch of slop games that have absolutely nothing to do with Him.

Hi @ifqiyeh , thanks for the report. The team looked into it and saw that slow search ranking adaptation was a primary reason for this. We see the item ranked at the top under “scary tower” now.

We have a few experiments lined up to address this in the coming months. Please stay tuned.
