Majority of the website does not load at random

For awhile I’ve had this very frustrating issue where half of the website simply does not load. It does this for around 5 minutes and then goes back to normal.

From what I can tell, the pages effected by this are communities, game pages (load but not able to be interacted with), the avatar page, inventories, the Robux page, and the trade page. The rest of the site functions as usual.

Issue has only been present for me on Firefox.

(At the beginning of the video I am clicking on the play button/server list.)

System Information:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i5-6402P @ 2.80GHz
Memory: 24GB
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Browser: Firefox Version 133.0.3

Edit: An hour later and it’s still down!!! I’ve never had it last this long… :sweat: :sweat:

Do you have extensions enabled? Disable all of them and try again. If you have a VPN on, do the same. This is (likely) not a Roblox issue but an issue with your configuration (although Roblox has a long history of issues on Firefox so I could be wrong). If this doesn’t resolve the issue, check the console using Ctrl + Shift + K and send any red text you see. Also try hard reloading using Ctrl + Shift + R, and if none of this works, you might have to switch browsers for now.
