Make a part follow a bezier curve

Is there any way of using Bezier curves to make a part follow a curved path by using ex. Bodymover or a Constraint? Not sure how to do this and I read some post about it but can’t wrap my head around it please help how do i do this.

Yea, what u do is interpolate it through the current timestep (see my video on it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFzitaQMIeU&t=294s)
