Make a small wheel be able to pull an entire model

So I have a plane and I am trying to make the wheel at the back be able to move an entire plane. How can I achieve this? I tried making the friction high and density but it doesn’t seem to work.

I guess have the plane be massless?

I have already tried that. It doesn’t work.
