Try making the outer ball as a union of a big sphere minus a small sphere. Assuming collision fidelity can be set to precise convex decomposition for a union. I don’t remember.

I understood you wanted a small ball moving inside a big ball.
You didn’t mean move freely?
You want it to circle alone the edge? How about a hinge constraint with two attachments. An attachment for the small one offset by the radius of the big one. And an attachment in the middle of the big one. Enable the motor and make it rotate.
Hinges are a little tricky to get right in my experience. But it should be possible to make the little ball “orbit” the big one.
Sorry for late answer. I tryed hinge constraint with motor mode. Though photon just flyes to the centerpart and stops there.
