As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to quickly focus on quickly searching through portfolios of people I’d like to hire. There are devs who do more than one task and I have to spend time reading each portfolio item to check if their work is something I want to investigate for the type of work I’m doing.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because at scale, it allows me to quickly search and filter what work has this person actually done, and put them in a pile to review further or just move on. It’s quite a task of needing to read the entire description, parse if they did the type of work I want to hire as part of my decision process.
As an idea, being able to categorise the type of work someone has done and for developers to be able to filter based on type of work.
