Make it so you can only look left or right (Also help changing FOV)

Hello, I am creating a Survival Horror game and I want it so that you can only look left and right. (Similar to the original DOOM and Wolfenstein)

I am a beginner, so sorry if there is a really simple solution I don’t know about.

I have also realized that whenever I try to change to FOV, it reverts back to 70 when I test it. Any help?
