First of all, make the Frame/Image a square (do it in the scale propety inside the image). Now if you have the plugin AutoScale (Lite), you can size the image by its position and scale and also you should use UiAspectRatioConstraint so they will always stay the same size
You can change the SizeConstraint property to XX or YY.
Then make the Y and X scales equal.

What the heck… The Creator Hub did not give me any results of Size Constraint related to ImageLabels. Am sorry.
The solution is insert and UI aspect ratio constraint.
