Make the alert banner more visible on the new website themes

It is currently too hard to see the banner on the website on the new light / dark themes when Roblox is having issues. It blends extremely well into the rest of the website.

Kids are prone to missing small cues like this, and will be confused and frustrated when the platform isn’t working.

I propose inverting the color of the banner so it stands out on the website. Since this is a rare event, it’s important that it be highlighted.

For example:

Roblox’s message banners used to be orange, and they were very clear when they appeared on the website. Moving back to that could be an option, and I would assume the existing CSS would also make it a relatively easy change ignoring all of the software engineering process Roblox uses.
